EVENT GUIDELINES
AMENITIES & OTHER INCLUSIONS
Venue rental includes air-conditioning, basic lights and sound system.
Venue set-up includes tables and chairs allocated for the reserved number of attendees.
Additional tables and chairs will be provided upon request before the day of event.
EVENT GUIDELINES
Outside Catering is not allowed.
Standard ingress time is two hours before the event is allowed. If a longer preparation time is needed, it must be coordinated with the ACCI management for approval.
All items for ingress and egress shall be checked by Security Guard. Management reserves the right to refuse the entry of any equipment or tools that may cause damage to ACCI facilities.
Food deliveries are allowed only at the entrance and should be pick-up by the client.
Costs of any damage incurred during the event will be immediately charged to the client.
ACCI will not be liable for any damaged or lost item/s by the client during and after the event.
HOUSE RULES
Casual open-toed footwear of any kind, including but not limited to rubber or leather slippers (“tsinelas”) typically worn in the bathroom, house, or beach, is not allowed. “Crocs”, and similar rubber slip-ons, are also prohibited. However, individuals with toe or foot conditions that prevent them from wearing closed-toed footwear are exempt from this rule.
Sleeveless shirts, “sando” and shorts (for males), as well as skimpy shorts, miniskirts, and tube tops (for females), are likewise not allowed.
Pets of any kind are not allowed within the Club premises.
Carrying firearms and deadly weapons within the Club premises is prohibited.
Bodyguards must remain in the driver's lounge.
Strictly No Smoking and Vaping in accordance with the EO No. 26.
TERMS And Conditions
Upon confirmation of the event, a NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE of Php10,000.00 shall be charged.
For guest without endorsement from ACCI Members a security deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total venue rental fee (1st 3hrs) shall be paid in cash at least seven (7) days prior to the event date. The security deposit is refundable after the event, provided that no damages, losses, or additional charges are incurred during the use of the venue.
A 50% down payment of the estimated total cost is required upon signing the contract. The remaining balance must be paid no later than three (3) working days before the event, excluding weekends and holidays. Any incidental charges not included in the contract shall be paid in full at the conclusion of the event.
For reservations made less than one week before the event, full payment must be made upon signing the event contract.
Cancellations must be made at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled event; otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.

Proof of payment must be submitted to reservations@acci.ph if opting to pay via direct deposit, fund transfer, or other online payment channels.
The Club has the right to impose a holiday fee if the reserved date happens to be a declared holiday.
Prices on Event Menu and Venue Rental are subject to change without prior notice.
